If you use alot of styling products and get buildup, i would suggest twice a week using a stronger shampoo to remove that buildup, but other than that i would suggest using the baby shampoo…it’s great for your hair and easy on the eyes!….

Some people can use heavy duty shampoo every day (like Prell) and still not get dry hair, but they have a LOT of oil/grease build up so they need it.
I would guess that for the average person, using baby shampoo every day might be about perfect.

baby shampoo is for getting cradle cap out. do you have anything like this on your head? i seriously doubt it.
