no this is not meant for babies ,it is to harsh you need something much gentler.
i wouldnt use that..honestly..but there are so many great lotions out there for it.
My daughter has such sensitive skin..she reacted to a couple lotions including Aveeno Baby calming lotion.
I got myself Aquafor Baby..
Its hypo allergenic, frangrence free, really gentle and works sooooo well. They use this for babies with ezcema as well, it totally mosturizes without getting icky and greasy.
I would try that..its always worked well for me and my daughter

I wouldn’t chance it.
i looked at the E range and its not sulitable for babies, the best thing i found was zinc and caster oil cream its cheep and worked a treat.
