My baby is African American and her hair seems to always be dry. I have been washing her hair with baby shampoo and I recently started using carol daughter hair milk on her hair. I tried braiding it but that seems to only make it worse. Please help.

It might be the ingredients in the baby shampoo. Often times hair fall comes from internal health issues. She may have a scalp condition as well that could cause hair fall (ring worm for example). CD products often times adversely effect people’s hair. I’m not sure why, but a lot of people hae stopped using them for this reason.
I use this product line http://baremineralindulgence.com/
It’s great for black children and will definitely help with dry hair. They are amazing on my kid’s hair so I recommend these definitely.
I also have a hair care group for moms raising black children in regard to hair care. You’re welcomed to join if you like. We discuss products and methods on styling African American hair and are very supportive. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/Ble…
