I have very dry skin, after washing my hands for 30 seconds they are all pruney after taking a shower they get so bad that they itch horribably and don’t go back to normal for almost an hour. I have tried every thing from baby lotion to coco butter. I need to find something, any suggestions?

Try vitamin E only lotion or vaseline skin moisturizer
Udderly Smooth udder cream.
Hi Honey! I use Johnson and Johnson baby oil gel. It is in the baby department and it works GREAT!!! I swear on my life it will work. I use it all the time and I will never again use anything else. I have tried everything on the market and I am telling you, it works! Good Luck!
Sounds like you should change your soap. I would suggests Arbonne.

Arbonne Intelligence Cleansing Gel
What could be better than a clever cleanser that doesn鈥檛 dry out skin like bar soaps do … and moisturizes as effectively as it cleans? Cleanse and enhance hands with this non-drying, pH-correct liquid that won鈥檛 strip skin or cause irritation
Arbonne Intelligence Body Lotion
Brilliant skin is always in style with this rich, non-greasy lotion that hydrates and protects skin and is easily absorbed. Its advanced delivery system allows key ingredients to penetrate deep into the skin for maximum hydration.
I can help you get it at a discount,

buy an aloe plant (you can get small ones for under $2 and they grow really big really fast if treated right).
Snap off a leaf and use the goo inside — its a thick greenish gel that you can just squeeze out (note that it’s the most common ingredient in most moisturizers).
Some say you can just use an vegetable/olive oil, but that leaves you greasy and disgusting. Get the aloe plant.
try cetalphil hand wash…and afterward, cetaphil lotion..it works.
Some soaps can really cause irritation and dryness. Many are full of harsh perfumes & deodorants which may cause itching.
Try a glycerine soap or ones made of olive oil. It may make a big difference. Also check out soaps with essential oils and organic soaps.
My husband used to use Zest until he discovered other soaps with higher quality ingredients such as LaOccitane. BTW, their hand lotion is very nice.
Oddly enough, my husband is allergic to Vitamin E. He cannot use anything with it — so never assume Vitamin E is always good either.
My fav is Alba Botanica lotion – apply it while your body is still slightly damp. Sometimes I will use the Alba massage oil (not petro-based), mixed with the lotion.
I never use petroleum based lotions since I feel natural products are better than petroleum-based products. The skin absorbs everything.
If you find nothing is helping, maybe you have an allergy or other skin condition and check with your doctor.
