How Can I Prevent My Baby Hairs From Sticking Up At The Front?

I wash my hair with shampoo and conditioner every day, slightly towel dry it, brush it immediately (I have to, not enough time), then allow it to air dry. Then I go to sleep. Every time it dries, all my small hairs on my hairline stick up and won’t go down. How do I prevent this?? Thanks!!!
