My roommate and I just adopted an 8 week year old baby bunny and we want to give her a bath someday, but we didn’t purchase the shampoo that is specifically for bunnies and guinnea pigs. Does it matter what we use? I know that regular shampoo is not healthy for them, but is there a kind of soap that we can use that might be lying around?

I use my toilet as an all purpose cleaning appliance. I wash dishes, clothes and the dog in there. It’s so easy to just add the appropriate kind of soap, close the lid and flush a few times. My fiance and I are thinking of starting a family and I think the toilet would be perfect as a baby bath (not flush it with the kid in there of course that would be mean) since it’s the perfecet size and stuff. I keep it scrubbed with antibacterial stuff to avoid germs.

I am new to all this…I am still using a Johnson & Johnson type all-in-one shampoo/body ‘baby’ wash for him. It’s tear free and gentle. I am not sure when parents start bathing their children with something else? He covers his eyes with a towel when I rinse his hair. What product do you use? Should it still be tear free? I tried bar soap once but it was too drying. As I am running out of the baby wash, I am considering switching…based on your feedback.
Thanks!

Can anyone recommend a cleaner or method of cleaning for a high chair tray? We’ve been fine with water and, sometimes, dish soap to clean the tray, but now she’s starting to have teethin biscuits and I was thinking some sort of baby-safe Formula 409 would be better.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Many thanks!

Do you find that your always going to the grocery store or target/walmart for one thing or another every few days? I’m seriously at target so much I should work there lol! For either diapers, or formula, or dish soap or baby wipes or shampoo, the list goes on and on. I’m always making lists and going but it seems that I always forget a few things, then have to begin another list. What about you?
