By the way, what’s your favorite? I’m currently using baby shampoo to wash my face which is great but I really wanna use a ‘face wash’.

I usually run warm water over his face with a hose and scrub with my fingernails to loosen up dirt, but he’s stained the white on his face with something that’s not coming off. I need to shampoo and scrub it with a shampoo that won’t sting his eyes. He also likes to drink the water as it’s running down and I want to make sure whatever I use is safe.
So what does everyone here use on their horse’s face? Baby shampoo? What else?
Thanks in advance.

I need a mild soap for my face,
since I have cystic acne & everything else
irritates my face really bad.
I have Johnson’s Vanilla Oatmeal Babywash.
I used it for my face a couple minutes ago..
Do you think it will irritate my face ?
Will it make anything better ?
I just need a new face routine…
What do you think of the babywash and then
put on Nivea Soft Face Cream on it ?
Or do you think I should just put the Vanilla Oatmean Baby Lotion on it ?
Gahh, Idk what to do.

We’re living in vegas dry…I’m using dr.bronner’s castille soap which only consist of oils so its very gentle to skin. avalon a&d baby lotion, looks like aquaphor but without mineral oil. I even use calamine to stop the itch, avenoo 1% hydrocortisone. I have tried lots of products in the market I mean most of the ingredients are pretty similar. Is there anyone who has a kid that has severe rash or dry skin? what can I use? Thanks. Poor girl wake up everynight scratching her face. I even use a humidifier nothing works…

Well, I do have a little acne on my cheeks and forehead. I wash my face everyday and apply acne cream so it kinds of dries out on the sides of my nose and my chin and around my eyebrow area. Is it safe to put baby lotion on? Since my oily skin was the main cause of acne before.
Also, I have a small whitehead on the left side of my nose. I always freak when I see noticable acne on my face, so I tried squeezing it out with no luck. It’s still there and my nose bruised; giving this small purple color. I was wondering how do I get the whitehead out and how long will this bruising last? Also what should I do to heal the bruise?
Thanks!

Ok people, I have mild eczema and sensitive skin on my face and it’s time to stop using my cleanser, Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser. I’ve found out a lot of information about the ingredient, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. It is actually a foaming ingredient used in testing labs as the standard ingredient to irritate skin. SLS is also include in garage floor cleaners, engine degreasers and car wash soaps. The shampoo I’m using also has SLS, my toothpaste also has it. Now come to think of it, no wonder my face is kind of drying because I’ve been using Cetaphil and that shampoo for 4 years! Also the corners beside my lips is always peeling.
By the way, due to past experience, I also detest using anything that contains petroleum, mineral oil, and paraffin.
I’ve found the new toothpaste to use, so now I’m finding something for me to wash from head to toe.
So it’s between,
California Baby Shampoo & Body Wash Super Sensitive

Aveeno Baby Soothing Relief Creamy Wash Fragrance Free

Actually that Aveeno Baby Wash has mineral oil in it. The reason I have not made up my mind on what to choose between these two is because there were 3 out of 48 users who commented on California Baby Shampoo & Body Wash Super Sensitive that it made their eczema worst and 1 of them mentioned she has switched it to Aveeno Baby Soothing Relief Creamy Wash. But at the same time, the rest of 40 users commented that California Baby Shampoo & Body Wash Super Sensitive is good for their eczema and other skin problems.
Which one would you choose if you were me?
