if you put baby lotion on your scalp does that help hair growth? i heard from someone it did but i am not sure

Ok so my sister in law’s teacher told her to use tomato soap on her baby’s hair if she wanted it to grow. Its organic and good for all ages. I didn’t believe her but she’s been using it on her daughter for about 2 months now and you can really tell the difference. Before, her hair was very short, now she can actually do two ponytails on her. im going to use it on my daughter as well… just thought I’d share this with you guys…
