I normally get them between my brows, but now I’m getting a few on my cheeks and forehead! What can I do to stop them? I am currently using the Neutrogena Acne Stress Free Powerfoam wash, Mary Kay III Toner, Johnson’s Baby Lotion for moisturizer and Proactiv Refining Mask to dry up pimples (it doesn’t work much on me but at least it speeds up the healing process).

My nephew has little red pimples in the diaper area, no new soap. he’s a strictly breast fed baby. It doesn’t seem to bother him. Is this diaper rash? His mother is a fanatic about changing him every time he goes so he never sits in a dirty diaper. When I’ve seen diaper rash it was usually red and raw, not little pimples.

My baby got white pimples yesterday on his face he is 6 weeks old today they have turned red and blotchy. My mom says they are normal however I am taking him in the morning to the doctors to have a look. just wondered if my mom is right. I breastfeed for the first four weeks and I supplemented with formula since birth but for the past 2 weeks he has had formula only. I use only sunlight sensitive on his and my clothes. and I bath him in johnsons baby shampoo and body washes. Thanks for all your responses.

My little 2-week-old baby girl just developed some pimples on her face. Is there anything I can do to clear up her face? The doctor told me not to use soap…so I’ve just been washing her face with a warm damp baby wash cloth. Is there anything else I can do?

My friend tells me that Johnson baby lotion works but I don’t actually believe her because it’s somewhat of a hydrating lotion. It helped her but I didn’t actually tried it because I don’t have some and I didn’t have the time to buy it. So, does it really work?
