about three weeks ago i ran out of baby shampoo and until i got more, i used regular shampoo (it was only two days that i used the regular shampoo), and even though i bought baby shampoo, my son still screams his head off when i go to wash his hair. he’s almost three, and it’s actually gotten worse, now he actually fights me when i mention that i have to give him a bath. he used to love baths and now he points to the door when i put him in for me to leave. then a couple minutes later when i come in to check on him, he get’s so mad because he knows that i have to wash his hair, but if i’m not in the bathroom, he knows he’s safe for a little while.
everytime i wash his hair he screams his head off, and fights me to no end, what should i do? it’s been three weeks and it hasn’t worn off yet. please help!!

I usually run warm water over his face with a hose and scrub with my fingernails to loosen up dirt, but he’s stained the white on his face with something that’s not coming off. I need to shampoo and scrub it with a shampoo that won’t sting his eyes. He also likes to drink the water as it’s running down and I want to make sure whatever I use is safe.
So what does everyone here use on their horse’s face? Baby shampoo? What else?
Thanks in advance.

I’ve been using Pantene shampoo on my Rat Terrier since she was about 6 months old or younger..I give her a bath once a week and she has the best coat and no dry skin at all..(she is now over a yr old) Just not sure if it’s okay to use it on a 9wk Minpin! I wanted to use it cause the Minpin has dry skin and the Pantene helped my Rat Terrier..I’ve heard you can use baby shampoo..Just not sure if it would help her dry skin..Vet said to use Oatmeal shampoo..I used that on my Rat Terrier and it didn’t work…What do you think?

Soon , I will be needing a new shampoo , and I have seen so many good ones I just cant decide ! Here are the options :
- Joico Silk Result 拢10.95 ( My hairdresser uses it on me and its really good, but I dont know whether its th way she does my hair or the shampoo)
- Tigi Bedhead Self Absorbed ( sounds really good )
-LUSH daddyo ( the one I have now and its pretty good but smells too strong )
- John Frieda Go Blonder ( I LOVE the conditioner of it )
- Samy Smooth and Shine ( sulfate-free , which I like the sound of , and its cheap and easy to get )
- Baby Shampoo ( Used to use it , was okay , and really cheap !)
Its such a difficult decision , I just cant choose ! What do you suggest ?

Shampoo in the Philippines is AT LEAST twice the price as it is in the United States. Any person that has been both places that takes the time to look will see. I have three daughters, a wife and two maids, hence i spend alot on shampoo.
Cheap baby shampoo in the U.S. is only .99 cents at Wal-Mart
Plus 7% sales tax. its like Double that here Plus a 12% vat
I was thinking that possibly some of the elements that go into the process of making the shampoo may be imported.

ok, so I have processed hair because I dye my hair every once in a while. And because I do this, my hair is very oily at the roots and dry on the mid-shafts and ends. I have looked online on what I should use, and they say to wash hair mostly at the scalp and condition on the ends. Some say to use special hair shampoo for colored hair, but some say that those companies are just trying to scam you and take your money so they recommend using baby shampoo. I have been using the colored hair products, but have seen no results. Then again, i have been using those products incorrectly. What do you suggest I do? Are there any shampoos and conditioners that are the best of the best for my type of hair?
P.S. A hair professionals opinion would be ideal! Thanks!

Too cold to bathe a dog with shepherd underlayer that has started to smell very doggy.
Can I brush her down with baby powder, corn starch, or a readily available commercial product?
Live very rural, no pet stores around, only a small Wal-Mart.

Im bathing my uncles pit bull dog tomorrow…hes hyper and really dirty
Anyway…im out of dog shampoo and won’t have time to run to the store (my uncle can’t go to the store either). The only shampoo I have is NuSal-T medicated shampoo with salicylic acid, coal tar, and menthol—too harsh for my uncles dog (it is used on my dogs with skin issues). Can I use a mild dish soap to wash the dog? Can any human shampoos be safely used on dogs? I don’t have Johnsons Baby shampoo either.
Thank you!
