How Do I Clean A Stippling Brush/skunk Brush So That The Tips Are White Again?

I have the Sonia Kashuk one and I use it with my Revlon Colorstay foundation. I use baby shampoo but that doesn’t take off all the color on the bristles. What else can I try that would not damage the brush?
