about three weeks ago i ran out of baby shampoo and until i got more, i used regular shampoo (it was only two days that i used the regular shampoo), and even though i bought baby shampoo, my son still screams his head off when i go to wash his hair. he’s almost three, and it’s actually gotten worse, now he actually fights me when i mention that i have to give him a bath. he used to love baths and now he points to the door when i put him in for me to leave. then a couple minutes later when i come in to check on him, he get’s so mad because he knows that i have to wash his hair, but if i’m not in the bathroom, he knows he’s safe for a little while.
everytime i wash his hair he screams his head off, and fights me to no end, what should i do? it’s been three weeks and it hasn’t worn off yet. please help!!

They are never consistent. You hardly ever see the kids, they’re always ‘upstairs’ or ‘taking a nap’ and when we do see them, they never grow! As a mum of 3 myself, I would love to have the peace and quiet that the soap mums have!

I am a 14yr old boy i uses “Folicure shampoo and conditioner” and my hair didn’t fall out then i started using “Mane & Tail” shampoo and conditioner, after a week or two of using Mane & Tail it started falling out when i would take a bath and only when it is wet the hair would appear on my fingers. I then started using folicure for about 3 days then my mom just told me to use johnsons baby shampoo and thats what im using right now.

I bath my baby in a tub of water. I wash his hair and body with baby shampoo / body wash. I then rinse his body with the water that’s already in the tub… is this right? But I am just rinsing him with soapy water… could you share the exact steps that you do please?

Okay, so we had a lot of rain here today (in AZ, nonetheless!) and like all horses, my grey loves rolling in the few patches of mud he can find. Along with the rest of his body, his face is all brown. Usually I just scrub and rinse it off good and shampoo the rest of him up to his ears, but this time I’m thinking I need to shampoo his whole face too. I have the horse shampoos but I was wondering if I should use something like baby shampoo for his face instead? He hates having his face washed and jerks around a lot, and I’m afraid of getting it in his eyes. I’ve always been taught to just rinse a horse’s face, but they’ve all been black horses and none of them liked the mud as much as this guy. Looking at his white face I think it needs more than just water. And yes, he’s the first light-colored horse I’ve had and I just got him.
What do you guys think? Regular horse shampoo? Baby shampoo? Just water?

I’ve tried Nair for bikini, shaving with the best razors with hot water & soap, No Bump RX solution, new razors everytime. It just itches & there’s infected tiny bumps everywhere. I even tried “baby-oil” theory. Doesn’t work. Any girl do it all the time, what worked for you finally?

I’m asking this because of the whole Anna Nicole baby battle. I just find it so amusing that news channels are constantly talking about this story like it’s really important and serious news. I mean, it’s like a soap opera plot!

My concern is that since our daughter is constantly sucking on her soft toys, I don’t want to introduce any soap into her system. So, if we do use soap, will it wash out in the rinse cycle even though the toy is very pretty thick with material (i.e. a fuzzy bear, etc.)?

I put on Vaseline after I shower. When I’m out, I put on Johnson’s Baby Lotion and put my make-up on top. When I’m wearing Vaseline my skin feels moisturized, greasy, but moisturized. When I’m not wearing Vaseline I get all these visible wrinkles on my face which goes away when I put on Vaseline. What is going on?

My daughter is four weeks old and I was just wondering at what age do you start washing their hair with baby shampoo or should I just stick to plain water?
